General comments
Bij antibiotische keuze rekening houden met kolonisatie/eerdere kweken.
Bij verdenking Pseudomonasinfectie: ceftazidim iv 2000 mg 3 dd 5-14 d + tobramycine iv 1 dd totdat resistentie bekend is.
Ceftazidimdosering evt. aanpassen op basis van de MIC.
Behandelduur bij VAP maximaal 8 dagen.
